In the fourth quarter of 2021, the top 5 consumer finance apps on iOS in the United Kingdom showed varied performance in terms of weekly downloads and active users. Here is a closer look at each app's performance, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Barclays UK saw its weekly downloads fluctuate between 25K and 37K. The highest number of downloads was 37.2K in the week of September 27, while the lowest was 25.7K in the week of December 6. Active users showed a slight decline from 2.05M at the start of the quarter to approximately 1.94M by the end of December.

Monzo - Mobile Banking experienced a similar trend with weekly downloads ranging from 21K to 37.5K. The highest downloads were recorded in the week of September 27 at 37.5K, and the lowest at 21.7K in the week of December 20. Active users for Monzo also decreased slightly from 1.3M to 1.2M over the quarter.

Lloyds Bank Mobile Banking had weekly downloads between 22K and 30K. The peak was 30.1K in the week of October 25, and the lowest was 22.4K in the week of December 6. Active users showed a minor decline from 1.04M at the beginning of the quarter to 979K by the end of December.

NatWest Mobile Banking had weekly downloads ranging from 16K to 22K. The peak downloads were 22.3K in the week of October 25, and the lowest was 16.1K in the week of December 13. Active users for NatWest saw fluctuations but remained relatively stable, starting at 1.38M and ending at 1.34M.
